Shipping + Delivery

Please allow us up to five business days to ship your piece.

korre + reza is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied to international shipping.

Returns + Exchanges

All sales on korre + reza are final. If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to email. We will gladly adress any questions or concerns you may have.

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange, return, or repair.

Repair Policy

If your korre + reza piece breaks during the period of three months after your purchase, we are happy to repair the damaged piece.

Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To submit a request for repair, please send us an email with a description, photos of the damaged piece and proof-of-purchase.

Packaging

Each korre + reza piece of jewelry comes in a hand-sewn fabric bag made from secondhand fabric.

Care

To reduce possible damage to your korre + reza piece, protect it from water, avoid hard tugging on it and take it off while sleeping.

Additionaly you can use a silver cloth to polish your jewelry.
